LITTLE EAGLE OVER BACCHUS MARSH

ilttle-eagle-in-the-sky

This Little Eagle was photographed high in the sky over the town of Bacchus Marsh by Tom Sell. The Little Eagle is a raptor somewhat similar to the Whistling Kite, in both size and appearance. It also feeds primarily on rabbits. It is not so commonly seen as the Whistling Kite. They can often be seen soaring around Bacchus Marsh, especially over the escarpments surrounding Bacchus Marsh.

These Little Eagles were photographed by Nora Peters
