Bird Week in Melton

20th – 26th October                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Melton Environment Group (MEG) will be conducting bird awareness activities during Bird Week,                                                                                                                                                                    funded by City of Melton’s Environment Day grant & Melton Council. Every October, BirdLife Australia organises                                                                                                                                                          & promotes Bird Week with the goal of inspiring Australians to take action & get involved in bird conservation efforts.                                                                                                                                                   As people become more aware of our local birdlife & wildlife this will also hopefully create a desire to protect it.
